General

Corevia is a connected school management platform. It brings your SIS, LMS, admissions, attendance, exams and gradebook, fee management, analytics, wellbeing, parent portal and mobile app together on one student record, with role-based views for school leaders, teachers, students and parents.

K–12 schools, international schools, school groups and trusts, early years settings, colleges and sixth forms, and online or hybrid schools — from a single campus of a few hundred students to groups with many thousands.

No. Each product works on its own and they share the same student record when used together. Many schools start with the SIS, attendance and the parent app, then add modules term by term.

Implementation

Yes. Our implementation team imports students, guardians, staff, classes, historical grades and fee balances from spreadsheets or legacy systems, and reconciles the totals with you before go-live so nothing is lost.

Most schools go live at the start of an academic year or term. We usually plan a rollout over the spring and summer terms so that data is migrated and staff are trained before students return. Mid-year rollouts are also possible, module by module.

A single school typically goes live in four to eight weeks. School groups and multi-campus rollouts usually take eight to sixteen weeks, depending on the number of modules and the data being migrated.

Corevia is designed to be learned in a staff meeting. Every plan includes on-demand training, and we run live sessions for staff, administrators and parents during rollout.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled by role (so a teacher only sees their own classes, and a parent only sees their own children), and every change to a student record is logged. Scale and Enterprise plans add SSO and extended audit logs.

Corevia is designed to help schools meet obligations under data protection laws such as GDPR and FERPA, with data processing agreements, retention controls and subject access exports. The specific compliance position for your jurisdiction should be confirmed with our team during procurement — this placeholder answer must be replaced with verified information before launch.

Schools choose a hosting region when their account is created. Regional hosting options and data residency commitments should be confirmed with our team for your country.

Your school does. You can export your data at any time, and when an agreement ends we return or delete it according to the terms of your data processing agreement.

Billing

Plans are priced per school, per month, with a student limit for each plan, so you know your costs for the year. School groups and larger schools can choose Enterprise pricing based on total student numbers.

Yes. Monthly plans are paid by card. Annual plans can be paid by invoice and bank transfer, which suits most school budgeting and procurement cycles.

We review student numbers once a year at renewal. If you outgrow your plan mid-year we will talk to you first — we never cut off access during term.

Support

School staff can email support or use in-app chat on Growth plans and above. Scale and Enterprise schools have a named success manager, with extended support hours around key dates like the start of term and exam season.

Parents get in-app help guides and a support link for login issues. Questions about a child are routed to the school, so staff stay in control of communication with families.
