Plans are priced per school (campus), per month, and each plan includes a set number of students. You won't pay more because a teacher joins or a parent downloads the app — staff and parent accounts are unlimited.
Annual plans are billed once per year at the discounted monthly rate shown on this page, which most schools align with their academic or financial year. Annual plans can be paid by invoice and bank transfer.
We review student numbers once a year at renewal. If you grow past your plan's limit mid-year we will talk to you before changing anything, and we never restrict access during term.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, so you can add modules term by term. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
