The platform
Each product is powerful on its own. Together they share one student record, one permission model and one app for families — so nothing is typed in twice.
How it works
Corevia connects every part of the school day, so information entered once reaches everyone who needs it.
01 · One record
Admissions, attendance, grades, fees, wellbeing notes and family contacts all live on a single student record. Update an address once and it is correct everywhere — from the register to the fee invoice.
02 · Teach & assess
Teachers plan lessons, set homework and record marks in the same place they take the register. Grades flow straight into reports, and students and parents see progress as it happens.
03 · Spot it early
AI & Analytics watches attendance, grades and behaviour together and flags patterns a busy pastoral team might miss. Every insight explains itself, and a person always decides what happens next.
04 · Bring families closer
Parents see timetables, homework, attendance and reports, pay fees and message staff from one portal and app. Urgent notices go out by push, SMS or WhatsApp in seconds.

School stories
What leaders, teachers, office staff and parents say after moving their school onto one connected platform.
“We used to run the school on six systems and a shared drive full of spreadsheets. Now attendance, reports and parent messages all come from one student record, and my senior team spends Monday mornings on teaching and learning instead of chasing data.”

FAQ
Can't find what you're looking for? Our education team is happy to help.
Corevia is a connected school management platform. It brings your SIS, LMS, admissions, attendance, exams and gradebook, fee management, analytics, wellbeing, parent portal and mobile app together on one student record, with role-based views for school leaders, teachers, students and parents.
K–12 schools, international schools, school groups and trusts, early years settings, colleges and sixth forms, and online or hybrid schools — from a single campus of a few hundred students to groups with many thousands.
No. Each product works on its own and they share the same student record when used together. Many schools start with the SIS, attendance and the parent app, then add modules term by term.
Yes. Our implementation team imports students, guardians, staff, classes, historical grades and fee balances from spreadsheets or legacy systems, and reconciles the totals with you before go-live so nothing is lost.
Most schools go live at the start of an academic year or term. We usually plan a rollout over the spring and summer terms so that data is migrated and staff are trained before students return. Mid-year rollouts are also possible, module by module.
A single school typically goes live in four to eight weeks. School groups and multi-campus rollouts usually take eight to sixteen weeks, depending on the number of modules and the data being migrated.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough with an education specialist. We'll map your current systems, show the workflows most relevant to your staff and families, and outline a rollout plan that fits your academic year.
